Getting Started with Lither

Welcome to Lither. This guide walks you through your first session, from creating your workspace to connecting your data and deploying your first AI agent or automated workflow, so you can see real value on day one.

What Lither is

Lither is an EU-hosted platform that brings several operational tools together in one place. You can track and manage a fleet, optimize routes with AI, build and deploy AI agents, and automate processes with a visual no-code workflow builder. It also includes electronic proof of delivery, a REST API with webhooks, governance and audit logs, and role-based access control.

You do not need to use every capability. Most teams start with one area, such as fleet tracking or a single automated workflow, and expand from there. Because the platform is hosted in the EU and built with GDPR alignment in mind, your data stays within a privacy-conscious foundation as you grow.

Create your account and workspace

Start by creating an account on the sign-up page. Once you are in, Lither organizes everything inside a workspace, which is the shared home for your team, data, and configuration.

A few things are worth doing early in your workspace settings:

• Set your basics: confirm your workspace name, time zone, and language so dates and schedules display correctly.
• Invite your team: add the colleagues who will work alongside you, and assign roles using role-based access control so each person sees only what they need.

Connect your first tools and data

Lither becomes most useful once it is connected to the systems you already rely on. The platform supports 300+ integrations, and you can connect your first one directly from your workspace settings under integrations.

Think about what you want to accomplish first, then connect the matching source. For example, you might link a messaging or email tool, a CRM, or a data source you want an agent to read from. If you plan to build custom connections, the REST API and webhooks let you push and pull data programmatically and react to events in real time. Deploy your first AI agent or workflow

With your data connected, you can put it to work. Lither gives you two complementary ways to automate.

AI agents are configurable assistants that can answer questions, take actions, and use the tools you allow them. To deploy your first one, give it a clear purpose, grant it access to the specific tools and data it needs, and test it with a few real questions before letting it run more widely. Granting only what an agent needs is a sensible habit, and it mirrors a broader industry best practice of applying least-privilege access. Workflows let you automate a process visually, without code. You build a sequence of steps, for example: when something happens in a connected tool, do this, then notify that person.
